One of the major tasks of the commercial directorate is the successful sales of the medications produced by our plant. The result of it is the achieving a prominent position in the Russian pharmaceutical market.
Nowadays we have more than 40 companies as our regular customers and clients. Among them are such national distributors of pharmaceutical products as “Protek”, “SIA International”, “ROSTA”, “Katren”, “Apteka-Holding” and many others. By the middle of 2007 our plant produces 31 medications and this number is constantly growing.
The sales growth according to the first half of 2007 results in comparison with 2006 was 70% in value terms. CJSC “GEDEON RICHTER-RUS” is included in the TOP 20 in the sales of medications among Russian pharmaceutical manufactures. The plant’s prospects are to become among the TOP 10 leading Russian manufactures of medications.
This growth in production is due to the constant increasing demand for the pharmaceuticals of our plant which manufactures high quality medications of different pharmaceutical groups for a reasonable price.
The dynamic increase in production is also mainly defined by a large chain of representative offices of Gedeon Richter Plc., which presents and promotes our medications almost in all regions of the Russian Federation.
From the middle of 2005 CJSC “GEDEON RICHTER-RUS” takes part in DLO programme. In spite of all the difficulties concerning the realization of this programme we could not only find financial reserves to retain our medications in this programme but find the optimal ways of cooperation to deliver our medications for patients’ treatment.
In the medium-terms plans of the commercial directorate is the development of cooperation with network of pharmacies. Nowadays the medications of our plant are in network of pharmacies almost though our distributors except for the network of pharmacies “Capital’s chemist’s” in Moscow where we have the contract of delivery.
Taking into account the growing importance of network of pharmacies and their dynamic development on the pharmaceutical market we do not exclude the possibility of direct supplies to other networks of pharmacies not only in Moscow but also in regional in order to have direct contacts with a buyer to solve possible problems in detail.
Besides, export development to CIS countries will be one of the priority areas in the company’s activity. Nowadays we have positive and effective work experience in this direction and find it very perspective.
CJSC “GEDEON RICHTER-RUS” tries to take part in all national Russian projects which concern healthcare. This fact helps not only to support Russian economy and healthcare but also to attain a prominent place among the leaders of Russian manufacturers.
